Obtaining new business and educating our community is essential to our success. We are looking for driven individuals who have a passion for making strong connections with new and existing customers, to help grow our Agency to the next level!
Sales experience is required; however, we will invest into your success through our variety of training platforms, and direct mentorship with our co-founder. It is imperative to us that you thrive to reach your top potential in our organization.
In this role, youll learn to provide proper Insurance coverages for customers through initiating conversations, identifying needs, building strong relationships, and closing deals!
*You can expect between $40k - $100k+ per year (Base + Commissions combined per year)*
*Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities*
Achieve and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. (Cold calling + provided leads)
Ask each customer for referrals to create a referral funnel
Maintain knowledge of products through daily training
Confidently handle customer rejections
*Outside Sales Representative Requirements*
Sales experience (1 year required)
Have an upbeat, positive and career minded attitude
Excellent communication skills
Great self-starter with a sense of urgency and integrity
U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
